5.25” x 5.25” |5×5| is perfect for printing a perfectly square card, if your printer offers it. They are fun and a little out of the norm, so it’ll be sure to be noticed. You can also scale the image down easily to 3” x 3” to print your own sticky notes, or to have a stack professionally printed. This is one of my personal favorite things to do! It makes a great gift for that note-leaving fanatic in your life (even if that fanatic is you *ahem*).

5.25” x 7.25” |5×7 Portrait| or |7×5 Landscape| is a good old-fashioned photo size that also happens to be a common greeting card size. This one is easy to find picture frames for, like if you wrote a cute note to someone on a pretty flat card and wanted to frame it so they keep it on their desk as a reminder of you and smile during their hectic workday. Or whatever.

6.25” x 4.5” |6×4.25 Landscape| or |4.25×6 Portrait| is a common greeting card size. This would make a very good cover for a card or set of cards, which works well when you want to hand a quick thank-you note or sentiment to someone off the cuff.

8.75” x 11.25” |8.5×11| is my personal favorite stationery size because I am a 3-ring binder girlie and I like most things to be in US Letter format. You can fit a lot of writing on this size…and also get the satisfaction of 3-hole punching your paper for your binder (is that just me?). *OR* put a hole-less page in a neat-o sheet protector (or laminate it) and use a wet erase or dry erase marker on it. Don’t even get me started on how much I love doing that.

There is no shortage of super cute stationery out there, and this is just another one in the mix. My files are created with ‘professional printing to the edge’ in mind, because the stationery nerd in me likes to be a little bit extra like that—this is why my file dimensions are extended to include bleed. You can print as-is at home if you like to make your own cards with a cutting machine (Silhouette, Cricut…paper cutter?)…or you can send in to your favorite online or local printer to have them print it for you. Professional printing is where you will surely need the bleed*.
*There is a solid white background even if the image does not appear to go to the edge, so it is still sized for bleed. If you add any modifications before having it professionally printed, keep in mind that the edges will be trimmed off. Keep any important images or information at least 0.25” away from each edge, and request a digital proof from your printer before ordering.
File types included are PDF and PNG.
Aside from printing, these can also be used to write on digitally, such as in GoodNotes, or Adobe if you have it.

This is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, no physical product will be shipped to you. Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive a link to download your file and save to your computer. It will be one zip file containing the PDFs and PNGs. If you have any issues with downloading or opening the file, please reach out to me with a message.
As monitor settings vary, you may notice a slight variation in color on different monitors or when printing.
Due to the nature of digital files, returns are not accepted.

*{PRINTING}*
Each file includes bleed, which means it has been extended by .125” on each side of the general measurements to account for trimming.
For printing at home:
You should be able to choose for the image to “Fit to Page” or to print “Actual Size” in your printer settings. I tend to choose Actual Size, especially if printing with lines, as this will keep the lines truer to size (spacing), but that is a personal preference. The edges of the image may be visually trimmed off, in addition to the white border that always shows up with home printing.
For professional printing:
The file already includes a bleed, so your printer will not need to “extend” the image to account for trim. Understand that the edges of the image WILL be trimmed off if you have it printed professionally to the edge; that is the reason for the bleed. (Especially keep this in mind if you add any additional images or text.)
